Man, I really really hope that Adam/Blake idea turns into a plot bunny. I can just see Adam was trying to stick to his crafted pop-salesman ways, and Blake being all "come to the dark country side. We have hot men in cowboy hats."

It was a rerun and I totally rewatched. I get stupidly giddy when the judges hit their buttons and the contestants are excited.
