I love this 'verse almost as much as the Metra!verse. And I love how the last few paragraphs had me going, "Ohhhhhh, now I get it. It's more than cranky!Jensen, isn't it?" *snuggles this fic*

It is very much more than that. I'd been emailing with big_heart_june to say that Metra is more about Jensen being in denial and still cranky lol but here, Jensen knows he needs/wants Jared to chill him out ;)

Never dared hope it would be posted today!! loved this. LOVED IT, and as I just told you Jared is so good for Jensen and how utterly wonderful is it that Jensen was nervous and wanted everything to be perfect for Jared! eeeeeeeee! MY HEART. Also, SO MUCH YESS TO CRANKY WHINY MOODY JENSEN! I LOVELOVELOVE reading him and loved the brilliantly written dialogue between him and Danneel *grins* Loved Jensen noticing Jared's little flip of hair and totally adored him playing with it and reassuring him and realising how wonderful Jared really is. This is such a lovely gorgeously written 'verse with a Jared and Jensen that really work for me which, of course, has everything to do with the way you write them. gah.

Hahah I love Jensen and Danneel banter. You can tell how much they get each other, especially as she gives him space for Jared. And yes to Jared calming Jensen all while Jensen calms him from the panic of the party :)
