I'd love to have a business minded partner to help out. Goblimon isn't bad with that aspect but I know he's been grumbling about wanting to focus on bar tending and less paperwork.

There's plenty of space for an office on the first floor, the higher up floors are mostly for apartments and anything below is business related. The hotels amenities are on the first floor as well.
