So I told Jeffy that jicama is one of my favorite foods. He wasn't quite sure what it was.

what does it taste like?
it looks like a potato and an pear had a fruity baby.

it's an odd thing to try to describe. it's really crunchy, only very slightly starchy, and it's juicy...but not in the conventional way. when you get a really good one, they're slightly sweet. but when you put the lemon and salt on them they're killer. and they're evern better with a bit of chili powder on them. if you like chili powder.

also, i saw your bags. so cute! and it makes me happy that you're sewing. i've been very lazy about crafts lately.
