banana pudding encrusted counter tops, stained and soiled stove, wet rags tossed into corners, spots of encrusted misc. liquids in the fridge, sugar and crumbs on counter tops... the list goes on. sounds pretty gross to me

Actually, sometimes it is pretty gross. I don't even understand HOW that kind of mess gets made. I clean less than John and our kitchen is pretty spotless.
