Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince

Jul 20, 2005 10:31

I stayed up until 3:30am last night, finishing HPB. Actually, I read most of it yesterday, since I was only able to read a few chapters on the weekend.

Wow, what a great book. Best in the series so far, in my opinion. Lots of action, and wasn't long and drawn out like Book 4 and Book 5.

I think RAB is Sirius's brother Rudolph or whatever his name was...he was a death eater but turned to the good side shortly before V killed him...maybe that's who it was!

Re: Snape...he brings up a good point, that V is an excellent Legilimens (how do you spell that?), and not even Snape could use Occulomency (is that right?) against him. I'm of two minds on that - one, he could be completely right, and two, he could be deceiving the women because he has become THAT good at it, and that's why D wanted him to train Harry. Not sure. Pissed at Snape either way :).

Yeah! The rumour is that RAB is Regulas Black!

As for Snape, I'm still holding out that he's good. People will probably hit me, but I kinda like the character of Snape! *sucks*
