Haha, I debated about which perspective to do for a while - I considered Ed, but I just did one of tierfal’s It’s a Gift fics from his POV, and then Al and Roy, but I’m less confident about writing their voices, and Armstrong I knew I had a tough time with for her other It’s a Gift fic, and then I was like “Wait, I had Hawkeye narrate a section of that, too, and her voice was a lot of fun to write,” and… yeah. XD /unnecessarily long explanation :P
I was so proud when I came up with that idea for the sculpture. XD Because I love the idea of Roy making sketchy statues, but then when I actually tried to think of one, I was like “What’s sketchy but not explicit, that he would actually make?” and had trouble until I had the idea of him doing something that’s accidentally sketchy. XD And yeah, traveling with Roy - or an alchemist in general, really - would be super-useful. :D ( ... )
