I am starting to get really pissed with our tax authorities. We have a weekly paid tax break for parents who choose to work rather than stay home. It's a little over $100 a week and since March when I made a declaration of a small change-that should have netted me a tiny increase ($17ish) they have stopped paying it. The change should have

Seriously, that sounds like a mess. I hope it works out. I can relate. The IRS owes me a refund. I went to their website to see where it is, but it just gave me the message that they couldn't help me online and that I needed to call them. I've tried twice and waited 20 and 45 minutes respectively with no one picking up the phone. :O
