I wanted to thank all of my wonderful friends, who made this weekend absolutely fantastic for me!!!! So thanks for either coming out to my graduation ceremony, lunch, the Inferno, or some or all of the above. Thanks for the sweet words, cards, flowers, gifts, rubbies, etc. etc. etc.! You all completely ROCK and I love you all

Fever, horrible cough with lots of drainage, really sore throat, exhausted, headachy, body aches, etc.

well being the hypochondriac that i am (and i KNOW you can relate)
i should almost be in the clear.

ok, my OCD shall repeat now....
contagious the first 24 hrs of sypmtoms appearing (though sometimes earlier then that)
and then 48 hours before illness will kick in.

i saw you saturday--assuming symptoms were there, but not showing, that leaves me until Monday night to be all clear.

You graduated in nursing right? What kind of nursing?

Thanks! Yes, nursing.
When you are in school for nursing, you don't choose the kind of nursing you want to go into and have a focused school plan centered around that. It would be nice if they did that, but they don't. During nursing school you complete various clinicals, that are of interest to you, so that gives you the experience related to certain fields. Once you graduate you can go into whatever area you want.

I am looking into during a residency at UW-Hospital right now and then eventually I want to go into OB/GYN and be a Labor and Delivery RN.
