Usually I stick to K-books and Mandarake in Ikebukuro, Shibuya and Nakano. Nakano especially, is an anime heaven. Go there if you happen to be travelling to Tokyo.

I wish I could help, but I only know Mandarake in Nakano, and I don't remember there being a way to tell the hentai from gen. Which, er, was a bit of a surprise, once I opened the packages. But isn't Mandarake's doujinshi organized by pairing anyway?

They do. K-books too, but they also divide them into sections and the ones I look into are swamped with BL. I thought hentai is always seperated, with the explicit posters surrounding them? Was hoping there's another section for het/gen since it will make my trip easier. Guess it's possible they're in the women's doujinshi section and I miss them because there aren't many gen.
...if they're in the hentai section then I'm in trouble.
Anyways, I appreciate the thought, so thank you.
