Note 1: Dough didn't set up very well, maybe I left it in the kitchenaid too long? I stuck it in the fridge for a bit to cool off the cream cheese and was then able to form it into the shells.

ok so crust turned out horrible. It's gummy and not worth eating. The filling is fantastic.

Tomarrow call mom and figure out what went wrong.
