Apple Chicken Crock Pot Curry

I posted this a year or two ago but honestly I've messed with the recipe so many times that what I actually did to make the curry this morning was so far from what the original called for doing that I thought I'd make a more accurate copy of the recipe.

Neat! I just bought curry and was trying to find a way to use it. Does this recipe also assume that everyone has a gigantic crock pot like you do?

My crock pot ends up about 2/3rds full. I don't think it's huge?
