I don't want a phone that requires its own holster. The features are spiffy, but the size and cost are less spiffy (I guess I'm just assuming on the cost; I don't actually know how much the service is.)

If you get a certain minute plan, I think the $40 a month plan, you get $50 off the SidekickII, bring it to $200. Then $20 for data, meaning your monthly charge will be about $60 a month and that is everything.

Honestly, T-Mobiles coverage needs help and the damn web browser has worked maybe once but I will continue to use the Sidekick and T-Mobile because it is a superior device and the best customer service I have seen inside and out of the mobile industry.

You can get a $20 a month absolutely no frills plan but you get what you pay for i.e. you pay crap, you get crap service.

Anyway, get what you want and be happy with you. No sense in buying something that pisses you off. *shakes his fist at the George Forman Grill*

If someone with a Sprint contract makes any motion in your direction, heed no dignity; simply flee. If they still have the month to month plans, you might try that. I was always happy with those, but once I signed a contract, they continually effed up my bill and well, now I've gone and gotten reamed by cancelling the 2 year contract early.
