Is anybody else having issues with Photobucket images showing up, or is it just me?

For a while there I couldn't get any Photobucket images to show up. At one point yesterday I went to log into Photobucket, & it wasn't there. Hackers?

Sometimes they don't show up for me, but then I refresh and it's okay. o__o

No, I think it was something more serious this time, something wrong with the site. At one point you couldn't even find the Photobucket page! :O

What? Really? o__O I hope that gets fixed soon! :\ PB's a big site, and hosts well... at least all of -my- pictures get hosted there.

At one point yesterday, I couldn't get to the photobucket site at all.... it appeared to have been hacked by a group that did not put a whole lot of english on their "ha ha you've been hacked!" page, and a ton of photos were not showing up for me. x_X I don't know anymore if i am crazy and imagined the whole thing, though, since the site is appearing normally now.

Exactly that! It kind of weirded me out. I guess they got it back under control, though...

There's a little spiel up on the site (or, rather, the site you land on when you try to get to photobucket) about the hacker issue. Apparently it'll take a few days to fix.

I DEPEND upon photobucket. Sure hope some jerks haven't hacked it. :(

They have! But hopefully it'll be all fixed soon. That's what they're saying, anyway (you can go to the photobucket site & it kicks you over to the site the hackers have sent it to, & the indignant owners of the site have info up about the whole thing).

So have the photobucket people worked this problem out yet? Seems like people who have used their photobucket account in the past week might have to change their passwords, etc. I have had no problem using photobucket in the past few days and I have used it several times. It looks normal to me.

Guess that means I've been hacked? I just went to the photobucket website, but didn't sign in yet . . . and they should have an announcement there at the frontpage before people even sign in. Anything else I should know?

Looks like they've fixed the issue! At least, going to the photobucket address actually takes you to the PB website now! They said it would take about 24-48 hours to do whatever kind of fix they needed to do, & apparently they've done it. So no worries! :D
