I haven't taken a picture of the twins in ages, so here's a good excuse: I finally found a firehair wig for Soren, to go with August's long red-orange Poshdolls wig. It's a pretty fur from
Bittenbefore, & it really suits his little oddball feral self. Also, they're Leos (like me!), so the fire motif is apropos & all. :p

*petpets Search* Feel better, honey bird. Did you offer him dried juniper berries? My sister's bird gobbles those up like no one's business and I know from sneaking them out of the food box for her they're kinda sticky and greasy inside.
Your porch is going to rule. I know it!

The porch totally rules. I need to take more porch pictures, too. And my bronze screen came yesterday!!
Hmm, dried juniper berries? Wonder where I could even get those. Wonder if he would eat them? He's kind of picky about that stuff...he likes crunchy things he can hull. Preferably things that are big enough that he can haul them onto the floor & hump them for a while before he hulls them. -__- Birds are such hornballs.

Poor lovebirdbaby, I hope he heals up soon -- I had (much-cherished) parakeets when I was younger, and while the male had a fantastically good temper and was about as levelheaded as you can get for a birdbrain, his mate was very tightly-wound and EVERYTHING stressed her out . . . I agree, though, toys-they-can-hump-and-chew-on-at-the-same-time usually keep them happy *grin*
G'luck getting the renovations finished!

Aw, sorry to hear about Search. My 'tiel Artoo (currently working through his first molt) and I send him good birdie vibes.

Awwww, 'tiels are fun! But Augh, first molt. Those are not so fun. Thank you for the birdie vibes! Search seems to be recovering, finally. Poor little guy...he & Destroy had a rotten life when they were younger, & it catches up with him from time to time.

I'll tell you what, it's really interesting (read: I shouted a lot) to try & work out a hood pattern (& write it down at the same time) when you're doing freeform knitting. x__X But it turned out pretty neat. I'm hoping to get the pictures taken this week for my next round of auctions, so I'll have more chaos-lace photos soon, with a better look at the hood. You have to make them (what seems) disproportionately huge, though, to fit over those ginormous noggins!
