Struggling With the Fall

For me the Autumnal Equinox, which I have tended to call Harvest Home for some time but am going to shift to calling Rites of Fall, is my least favorite High Day. The fall equinox often does feel like the neglected high rite out of all of them. Last year CedarLight decided to make it our Grove thanksgiving where we recognize all the hard work people have done over the last year, give thanks for our summer bounty, the usual preparing for the Winter months, and have a great feast. It seems to give it a little more purpose to me.
