I would like to point out - the cheese pie was "Constance's cheese pie". If you are comparing it to 12th night, I accidentally put too much mustard in the one for 12th night. But maybe by the reactions I should up it on a regular basis...
That is odd because I hate mustard. Did you use a different cheese?
When I say it wasn't as good, I mean that I normally give your cheese pie a 9.8 or 9.9 out of 10 and this one was about an 8.5-9.0. It was still the best thing I ate at Practicum.
In know a lot of people who say they don't like mustard, but dried mustard tastes very little like prepared mustard. I am not a fan of the neuclear yellow stuff in the bottle, but the dried mustard is one of my fave things :)
I always use mozzarella cheese, it melts nice, comes shredded in a bag and is fairly accurate :)
