I got my Orion at Hare. It was the first award I got that was both a total surprise and really meant something to me. My AoA was so late coming that I was bitter, had stopped caring, and was treating the whole thing like a joke (how long can I go without one?). It sounds like whoever gave them the info knows you well. Even though you may not yet play the Harp well they knew you were interested in it. The same with the other stuff mentioned.
