Voodoo has an appointment for later this afternoon. My fat cat has turned into a bag of bones almost overnight. She's been basically living on top of the cat tree for the past few weeks so it was hard to tell but I finally caught her walking around and it shocked me.

Voo's asthma attacks have become more frequent and happen regardless of exertion on her part now, so we trekked over to the vet to see what can be done to help her out ( Read more... )

Well, kiz surprised me with flowers, I got him chocolate, and we had a steak dinner and watched bits of movies so we could see them on the new TV. Rather low-keyed but that is our usual preference.

Either the stress from moving flared up an infection that Magic hasn't had since her kittenhood, or my cat has a cold and SAD. Said kitty has now been to the vet and has meds that I must shove down her face twice daily. It's obnoxious enough to have Magic sick but I went ahead and took her in just to get meds to help because the last thing I need ( Read more... )
