I would not say these illusions are... normal, but we have had more than our fair share of similar occurrences these past few months.

The visions themselves are infrequent, really, and more bearable than some of the trials the city has faced. Magic in general is commonplace. Some prisoners have managed to adjust, but others have no experience with unnatural phenomenons.
