I've read that a good calcium supplement can mellow the nerves???

Or I have some plain yogie with a little fruit seems to manage the same thing.

That being said, I believe thar are early risers, and us night owls, and I was reading that it's probably genetic. Of our two daughters, we definitely have one of each, after their parents...

One reason I go thru the evening ritual, or I would never sleep.

For me, hot cocoa seems to usually do the trick if I'm agitated.

Yes. My boyfriend has ADHD and his circadian rhythm has been programmed to go to sleep at 4AM and wake up at noon. Definitely genetic in some way...

LOL, no! Although we might as well be trying to.

The unhappy compound is a chlorinated aminoquinoline, of a series we are investigating as treatments for neurodegenerative disorders. I have tamed it this morning, and it is no longer unhappy, and now I am assisting my student with some similarly ill-tempered molecules.
