If I do say so myself!! 101 Dalmatians opened yesterday....and it was SO MUCH FUN!! I, of course, was Cruella de Ville. I had the kids booing by the end of Act 1! It was awesome!! Huge boos in Act 2 and again at bows!! LOVE THAT

I agree with everything you said ... its amazing how little care is put into children's theatre at CAP. I can't say how it is at other theatres as its been a long time since I've done it anywhere else...but come on. Children's theatre is still a show gooing up on the CAP stage, with the CAP name on it and building or hurting the CAP reputation .. yet it's treated like its nothing and not worth it. Maybe if the money there would actually put a little more concern in it they would get more adults to come out an play the adult roles and get more people who would really love to be involved. Look at Bayway and the cast members they get.. they get some of there "big name" performers in their childrens theatre.. what do they do different?

And isn't it the greatest feeling in the world when they boo at your character!!!! I LOVE it. It is one of biggest rushes.

I saw the show on Saturday, to what looked like a sold out audience,and it was AMAZING! Wondering how many more times I'll see it....
