Good writing and a timely subject. It used to be we only worried about e coli with raw meat but the spinach scare a year or so back was a reality check on the sanitation problems of agribusiness.

Poor Blair! I'm glad to see he'll recover. Perhaps he'll join Jim in the Wonderburger lines (sans lettuce and tomato)! LOL
