So the job is awesome, the kids are eccentric and cool. I love teaching both middle and high school. I get the best(and yes worst) of both worlds. I love playing guitar. I'm progressing slowly IMHO because I just don't have the SERIOUS time to dedicate but I can play melodic lines in traditional notation on all 6 strings now, can play some beginner ( Read more... )

Good to hear that you're enjoying your work, although it's sad that you don't have enough time to run the game you were going to (maybe you should update the site about that).

My experience with work relationships isn't so bad, the important thing is to try to make sure you stay friends afterwards. And seriously, how can you pass up the opportunity to appropriately make-out to the tune of "Hot for Teacher"?

If you start missing the 'scene' go to connecticon this year. Both me and Ethan will be there and Dave Rizzo usually is there as well.

Anyhow, don't know much about work rel. my company fires people who try it. (I think there are 2-3 hot girls at my workplace so I'm not missing much).
