I haven't been watching new TV while I'm here at mom's -- but then last night I figured I should at least try and catch up, so I started with last Tuesday's TV. Saw NCIS [which was actually fun for once], and then I got to The Good Wife.

And now I'm stuck re-watching it for the third time.

I've not watched TGW at all, despite the promise of a weekly Josh Charles fix, but anyone in their right mind would imagine his face when sleeping with Chris Noth. Dan Rydell or Mr Big? Not even a contest.

I KNOW, RIGHT? And the interesting part is that the show kinda makes it so too -- except for the fact that it's her boss and she's married, it really is indeed NO CONTEST AT ALL.

I've been really wanting to watch The Good Wife! I only heard about it recently, but I feel like I need this in my life.

I started watching from the get go because I really like the actors, but it turns out this is my favorite new show of the season. The characters are all so great -- especially the women -- and they're even managing NOT to make the lawsuits of the week cheesy. In short: WATCH IT. Yes. :)

I am definitely there with you on the actor love. :) I'll have to see if I can start grabbing it when I get home from work -- I *definitely* need a new good show to get into! And this one sounds very promising.

Yeah, you should really get it, it's one of those shows that starts out entertaining enough and then it keeps getting better and better! :)

In short: YES. IMHO, it is the best new show of the season. And it keeps getting better!

I saw your post, but I've been sucking at commenting lately. But OMFG KATE! TGW IS EVERYTHING I WANT IN A SHOW. Pretty people, kick-ass ladies, engaging stories, awesome character development. I am *so glad* it's going well, it actually gives me hope for more female-oriented GOOD shows. :)

I am! It's excellent, and didn't go downhill after the pilot unlike some other shows.

And ha ha OT: They (and by they, I mean some really idiotic people with other people's money to waste) are going to make a Being Erica musical. My friend was approached to help do the music but she said thank you but NO. I don't even know what to think. I did laugh my ass off though.

And OMG A musical? As in a theater musical? There's not LOL enough in the Universe for that!
