Well it's a little obvious, but Sufjan Stevens' "Chicago" is a favorite. Also, there are approximately a billion songs mentioning Memphis which I love of course.

YES, I got Sufjan for Chicago, and Elliott Smith for Los Angeles and The Decemberists' California One and Tom McRae's São Paulo Rain, which is PERFECT. Somehow I was looking at the apocalyptic songs instead of the obvious choices. :)

Yeah, I'm with you on the meh NCIS eps. I kind of liked the Iraq storyline in this week's ep, but I didn't really like how everyone was used. But it's always nice to see some not-dead Marines.

I have a theory -- NCIS is suffering from the Season Five Syndrome. The only show in which I liked S5 was Buffy. I hated every other S5 I've ever watched. *g*

My sister is probably gonna steal the Bloo tote, but it's okay, I can always steal it back when I wanna use it. But YES to the bag fetish. Last year I bought something like 10 bags/purses/wallets, I'm trying to make up for it now.
