I couldn't agree more on the VM fandom needing a reality check. I mean, okay, maybe there are some people out there who still ADOOOOORE VM and will forever. But she would never fit with the FBI. Like, ever.

VM as the head of MI would be a much better option, FF'ing 4 years into the future. I mean, Keith could even be gone by that time, along with most of the supporting cast. It would just make so much more sense, and maybe Veronica would have grown up a bit by that time.

=sigh= I miss VM S1. :( And Lilly. And OPJ Logan. :(

I was talking to someone the other day -- I honestly don't understand how a fan of VM [the show] can get behind the FBI idea when that DESTROYS the most basic premise of VM -- that Veronica is an outcast fighting the corrupt system.

I've given up on the show for awhile now, but I do think the head of MI idea might be a better one, yes. Not that I think any of this will happen. I'm pretty convinced this is RT's last desperate act.

You are SO LUCKY to have missed all the wank. Though, really, at the time, all I did was sit back, laugh, and say, "Who did what this time?" Because mocking the wank was far more fun than participating in it.

I love my fandom, even though it's been on insane crack for years.

Well, it's not like I wasn't completely wank-less. I mean, I went from being REALLY active in XF fandom straight to getting into Buffy S6. So I had my share of insanity. *g*

And I remember the MS wank when he left SG-1 because it spilled into a couple of my XF hang outs. But otherwise... yeah, I'm good with not being around for all the crack. :)

Oh, no, I wasn't trying to say I'm a wank free saint, because, um, dear GODS, no. Forever Knight was my first active fandom, and I remember being part of more than a few wanky episodes. I was a sideline X-Files participant, so I didn't really wank in there, though I had some early Buffy wankfests that I was a part of. (I, ah, might have participated very vocally in some debates about the legality of Buffy/Giles, for example.) By the time we hit s6, though, I'd gone and hidden away on a couple small lists, so I didn't get too involved in those wanks. Which is good, as I know I'd have had a few Spike/Buffy-related arguments.

By the time Stargate rolled around, I mostly sat back and watched the wank. I had a hellish job and most of my mental energy was spent trying not to go insane there.

Eu não tive esse problema porque eu nunca vi MacGyver direito, então não tenho a imagem do RDA como ele. De qquer forma, o Jack é o máximo e vc esquece todos os outros personagens EVER. :)
