Three? There is Bill and there is Lee, but Zak is dead - or "dead" if he is a Cylon - but D'Anna doesn't know him. And Dee unfortunately doesn't count because she wasn't married to Lee back then.
*sigh* I was hoping SO hard for Dee to be a Cylon - it would make her actions at the end of season 2 more understandable.
I'm pretty sure Valerie Cruz, who plays Murphy, was originally cast as Susan, but they decided that she was a better fit for Murphy, and took the actress originally cast as Murphy and turned her into Susan. The hell? :-/
(This could be totally obvious from the pilot, rendering this comment unnecessary, but I haven't actually watched it yet, hee!)
Oh no, see, this is news for me. And Susan is not in the pilot, so I had to look the actress up on IMDb just now -- yep, she's a blonde, like Murphy was supposed to be.
I read that they decided to reduce Susan's role, so maybe Cruz is a better actress and she got the bigger part? It's still weird because anyone who read the books will notice they've mismatched them.
