I have recently received a communication from a Republican stating that the Democrats have control of Congress and that any legislation or lack of legislation is totally the fault of the Democratic majority. Do these people simply not have a clue about how the filibuster from the Republicans can block legislation? Hello? Why does our voting ( Read more... )

Question: Why does our voting public not know how the laws work?

Answers:
1. Because they are way too busy with their own lives to take the time to learn how the laws work.
2. Because they do not care.
3. Because they believe whomever is the loudest.
4. Because they suffer short-term memory loss.
5. All of the above.
