1) So to make a long and boring story short, on Thursday and Friday I thought I had medication side effects and on Saturday it became obvious that I had a cold and as it turns out being sick sucks and is boring. It was the first time in a while that I got the crushing fatigue aspect of being sick, which was frustrating and ruined my fun weekend

Elementary!! The show really does satisfy my needs. I ship them in the way of that's a thing I do watching anything, but couldn't express precisely what I want from fic. Just more episodes!!

And man it took me until about the point where you're at to get into Night Vale. There are some great episodes coming up, but I really needed the recurring characters of the town to get me invested in it. I NEED A NARRATIVE.

I do feel myself going "Oh! Hi Old Woman Josie! Tell me more about Hiram McDaniel!" and so on when the recurring characters show up, so maybe I just need to get to some point of critical mass where the random stuff accretes into a narrative. *g*

Oh man, I just finished rewatching seasons 1 and 2 of TW. I caught up on new episodes on Tuesday morning and then finished the second half of s2 today. And I realized just how much Lydia screams and my thought was, "omg, they had a plan for all this!" The same thing with Derek's (and Jackson's) blue eyes. (Which I'd never paid much attention to since, you know me, I take the things I like and ignore things I don't like or that don't make sense.) So I didn't realize it, but I'd kind of been looking at the show like they're just making it up as they go along. But apparently that's not true? There actually is a whole narrative thing going on there? Or something?

Also, I am so happy the sheriff knows! It was really making me sad watching his and Stiles' relationship fall apart because of everything. You could tell how much it was killing Stiles to keep him in the dark. :( And the sheriff will not die, ok? Because he can't. Stiles can't lose him right after he finds out the truth! He and Stiles can finally talk again

It's kind of exciting to know that they actually are Doing A Thing a lot more than we realize! Maybe that means they're going somewhere with this! MAYBE THIS MEANS ERICA AND BOYD ARE COMING BACK SHUT UP I CAN CLING TO THAT IF I WANT TO.

And yessssss, the Sheriff! ♥ ♥ ♥ Totally coming back, totally going to be having many, many interesting conversations with Stiles from now on.
