well yes but if i understand the phenomenon correctly the ! represents a pitch-accent on the preceding word which is a hallmark of noun-compounding.
okay the more i think about this the more i think you just blew my mind. if we just had "new movie", i think the stress is on movie, so:
[new móvie]
which is expected because 'new' is an adjective... but if you modify a noun with another noun (a noun compound), the stress is on the modifying noun, so:
While I haven't run across any Dean and Ronon centric fic YET (the internet is wide and vast so probably it exists somewhere over the rainbow), this one is pure comedy. Plus Dean and Ronon talk to each other a little in it.
b) "She's My Winona" = new-movie!Spock vid, Y/Y? I thought about it, but I lack vid skills. Though my second thought was it would be better as a Kirk family vid since Mrs. Kirk's name is apparently 'Winona' and the whole "then came a baby boy with long eyelashes, and Daddy said 'you gotta show the world the thunder'" bit.
Well, yes, but it's much funnier if you think about Sarek saying that (in a roundabout, Vulcan way) to Spock. And his mom was played by Winona Ryder, so it all works! In my head.

[new móvie]
which is expected because 'new' is an adjective... but if you modify a noun with another noun (a noun compound), the stress is on the modifying noun, so:
[nóun compound] = noun!compound
[fúture Spock] = future!Spock
etc...
so then when you make a noun compound where the modifier is "new movie" you would expect:
[ [new móvie] Spock]
but instead, you get
[ [néw movie] Spock]
but why!?!
