DS Match 2008 half-time game: Guess That Dialogue!

You know those music memes where you list lyrics from songs and people comment and guess the title and artist? This is exactly like that, only different! ;-)

How many of these lines of dialogue -- all taken from 2008 DS Match fic posted so far -- can you place? Can you guess the story and/or the speaker?

Don't search through the fics to find the answers, and don't look at others' comments first -- just use your best guess. Remember, the fun is in the guessing! \o/
