A soft smile playes upon her lips as she walks towards him, the soft breeze teasing her curls. Claire looks no different than she had the last day Charlie had seen her face to face, the day he kissed her goodbye.
Slowly she moves towards him, her gaze turning to look out towards the ocean, "That's where it happened, just out there Charlie. That's where you died."
Coming to a stop she stood just inches from him, that happy smile playing upon those soft lips, "Desmond never saw this coming did he." Of course, the real Claire had no idea about Desmonds visions.
She pulls back enough to whisper, her breath hot against his skin, "I'm here now Charlie, I'm yours to have, always." And the way dreams do, without any real reason, the scene around them changes and the two of them are now stood in the shelter they had lived in together.
He barely even notices the change in scenery, his full attention remaining fixed on the woman in front of him. "I wish that were true," he whispers back, swallowing hard. "I wish this were real."
"Because she's lost remember, she's not the me you remember. She's forgotten how to be her." Moving to lay down on her old cot, Claire reached up to guide Charlie to lay down with her, something they'd never done.
He swallows hard, resting his forehead against hers and sighing softly. "I don't want to wake up," he whispers. But even as he speaks, he feels himself drifting back to consciousness. He slowly but surely starts feeling more detached from his surroundings, and the dream is steadily becoming less vivid and more dream-like.
He pulls her closer, clinging onto her almost desperately. "I'll come for you, Claire. I'll find you and bring you home. I promise."

"But she'll remember, won't she?" he asks a little worriedly. "When she sees me, she'll go back to the way she was, yeah? The way you are."
