I think you might like Rogue, by Kat Allison, where Fraser deals with Sam Franklin's blackmail attempts. There's also Luck, by the same author, where Vecchio finds Victoria while undercover in Vegas (though the authorities aren't involved in that one).
Schisms by Rushlight is one of my dark faves and not just because a lot of it is set underground.
I can't for the life of me remember where the highly-memorable one with the Rays rescuing Ben from Victoria and then Vecchio tells her she is going to get shot running away... uh, sorry, that probably counts as a spoiler.
I'll take your word for Schisms, I hadn't heard of it, but if it's by rushlight, and if the name is an indicator, I'm sure it's well-written. Thank you kindly for the rec.
Also, the second one is probably AuKestrel's "Coming To Terms". I'll always remember that one because at the end, Vecchio reminds her of his promise to her: "If you hurt him, I'll kill you." It was a perfect depiction of just why I love Vecchio and hate fics that bash him.
This isn't super dark, but it's about Kowalski getting mugged while trying to pick up a guy, and Vecchio having his back. There is justice! Also some Ray/Ray.
Since the justice part is the most important thing, I'm sure I'll enjoy it, though this will be the first Ray/Ray I've read. I'm curious what a double Ray story looks like.

In particular are BYGONES, a four part novel, "Dibs", and "Voices".
The DS stories are towards the end of the page.
