Oh, this is lovely. It really works well.

I love how the characters are still DS characters.

Lovely Benny and Ray scenes.

What is so amazing and so wonderful and so rare is that whatever you do to them (and let's face it you've done some *different* things) the characters are always recognisable as the characters we love.

So this whole thing made me irrationally happy, but this bit

she was a he and yes he was falling head over heels for a male fugitive dressed as a woman.

kind of made me laugh out loud! :o) Absolutly delightful m'dear!

This was great and very romance novel, the only complaint was I wished it was longer in the ending but other than that it was good fun to read.
