This is awesome!

I love the structure. I love this: Ray Kowalski was having… Ray’s life sucked. It's very RAY.

“Pet?” Ray prompted. If they could just keep up their conversation they wouldn’t have to think about… the other stuff going on.

“Oh, a dog. Big, white one.”

That is just awesome. That Fraser makes up Diefenbaker, or remembers him intuitively, maybe, and we don't know which.

I love this whole story.

Thanks! I sort of had it in my head that it sounded like a bad TV series - you know "Previously on Trapped by Love" and then lots of disjointed clips. Anyway, I'm really glad you liked it. Thank you for your lovely comments.

ho, ho and this turned out to be a great story. And even if you didn't follow the prompt completely, it was still wonderful! Loved how they met, it was different and refreshing and yet still completely Fraser and Ray!

\o/ OMG, I love this. Me/Amneisa fic=OTP and this, with them trapped in the rubble and bonding before they even look at each other ♥

Fraser seemed to be having some sort of revelation himself beside him. “Ray, you’re… exactly how I imagined.” I ADORE that and oh Steve. Fraser's made up history is a little heartbreaking, actually, because family you know?

And oh, Fraser Benton or Benton Fraser killed me.
