Holy smokes, drafts are due in just over a week!! For those of you who were wondering how the whole draft-turning-in part works, we thought we’d post instructions now so you have plenty of time to ask questions (here, via email, or at Sunday's chat at 11 eastern/10 central).

So, uh, this is going to be a close one. Is there a particular time on the 24th that drafts need to be turned in by? What time zone are we talking, here? :D
