Hi all! There was some interest expressed awhile back in doing a sort of reverse 'mini bang', where the artists make art and writers can write a story based on it, so here we go! Okay, so I've been thinking for awhile now that Fraser is totally the Doctor (the parallels get kind of eerie the more I think about it), and that it'd be awesome to see a fic where he IS the Doctor, so... I figured this was a good opportunity to draw it and see if anyone bites. :)

Based off of this DW promo image. The perspective was a challenge, plus I had to correct for the difference in height between Ray and Rose, but I think it turned out well. And yes, that's the sonic screwdriver in Fraser's pocket. :)

Yay, I'm so glad you liked it! =) I came over here yesterday to check in, and read your maple syrup story and got all excited about the awesome of the reverse mini-bang. And then I scrolled down and saw your dS/Who poster. YOU BROKE MY BRAIN! I could not get that image out of my head all day. You are totally right about Fraser being the Doctor, what with the licking and the "because it's the right thing to do" and the licking and the wearing the same thing every day and the no gun thing and did I mention the licking?

Heh, thanks. ^^ And lol, did the Doctor lick things? I can't recall... seems like something he'd do, though. And I hadn't thought about them both wearing the same thing every day! XD

I know for sure David Tennant licks that mistletoe oil wall in Tooth & Claw and some of the equipment in Idiot's Lantern. And he licks his lips, like a lot. I think there were more instances, but it's been a while since I've watched those eps.

Heh nice, I'd forgotten that. :) He definitely seems the type to lick things...
