Success! My most devious creation yet! I have rendered Bratz into GURPS!
I can hear you right now; "Why, dear God, why?" you ask in a state of dissonance. In the background, I already hear the self-righteous mumblings of "What's really disturbing is the effort put into this." What I find morbidly amusing is how people have such little confidence in their parenting skills that they cower before physiologically exaggerated dolls. (Anyone that self-critical probably won't neglect their kids.) That's why I did it, to break your brains!

Now, for those of you who are simply confused with why I chose the stats that I did (as opposed to why I actually made them in the first place), I extrapolated heavily from the TV show and stat-normalized to account for the cartoon physics. Yes, my hobby is rendering fictional characters into GURPS stats. Yes, Bratz has it's own Saturday-morning cartoon. In marked contrast to the doll line of scantly-clad teen fashion divas, the cartoon is more about sensibly-dressed (most of the time) teen fashion journalists. Said cartoon being a teen sitcom, the journalism aspect doesn't get quite as much screen time as the dealings with an incompetent teen-rag mogul and the valley-girl equivalents of Beavis and Butt-head.
If you've ever actually seen the show (which would be a surprise), you may be wondering why I didn't include said antagonists in the stats. The official reason is that it keeps the characters from being too world specific; the real reason is that I didn't want to be bothered with the bumbling foils -- just as well since Your Thing magazine is well on its way to becoming as bankrupt as its CEO's morals.
If you're wondering how I'm able to watch the cartoon in the first place, it's because it's not really all that bad (or good, really). Of course, anything looks good when aired next to Winx Club...
