Hey fellow slashers,

Great news! This spring/summer, you can pair up our OTP in the garden with a display of Ice Plant (cultivars of Mesembryanthemum spp.) and 'St. John's Fire' Sage (cultivars of Salvia splendens). OMG, that's so awesome! Australians would also be happy to know they are allowed in Australia and available locally, too. I'm soo getting some!

Also, found this about Salvia: "Salvia is a genus in the mint family. The name Salvia derives from the Latin "salveo", which means "to heal"

Many, many plants in the mint family (Lamiaceae) are used in the folk medicinal practices of civilizations worldwide. Some of the common ones (other than the salvias, some of which are hallucinogenic) are spearmint, peppermint, bergamot, savory, marjoram, oregano, basil, thai basil, and rosemary... Obviously they are great for cooking too!
