I'm a little late commenting. haha. well, I definitely like the concept. awake but not alive...it almost sounds like the undead. I don't know. It's a hard line to work with, if you haven't already figured something out.

I agree with redcliches about asking yourself personal questions about the idea to come up with material.

Most of us are alive, but not awake. Sleeping our precious lives away!
