i can't write anything. my mind is racing but i can't write a thing. i just keep holding my head and staring at the keys. something is immensely wrong with me.

You are most definitely not a bad writer. No one could be expected to understand how you feel that has not been there themselves. I can sympathize but I can't empathize. I can, however, empathize with anxiety attacks in general and I know what it feels like to think you're sick or going to die. I hope it was just an anxiety attack, and my gut tells me it was. I hope you're feeling better this morning.

I don't really know. Anxiety has been so overwhelming inside of me lately, not just during "attacks" but at all times. K-pins seem to be coming up short lately. I might plead for an up in dosage, or even a switch to Xanax. We'll see what they do. I am always at the mercy of my doctors.

Probably only by a few weak analogies, but I think I do understand. There has to be something besides inertia.

I'm glad I'm reaching somebody, even when i'm personally failing.

What i wouldn't give for one chance to be anything but "tough" love.

I am still reading you constantly, with endless fascination.

Well, it is coming up on a year now. From what I've read from other people in your situation, that's a pretty damn common feeling. Don't know if that makes you feel better or not, but maybe it's perspective. Anyway. You worry me with your drugs. I try to tell myself it's not my business, so I'll leave it at that. You do what you have to do to get by. My thoughts, as usual, are with you. Oh, and I think it's really amusing that our sleep schedules are now completely opposite. I wonder if we are ever conscious at the same time now. *grin*

I'm not taking any drugs you have any need to be concerned about anymore, and we both know it.

You never know when i'm awake; so call me anytime, and i will do my best to be at the other end of the line.
