On Alton Brown

I was somewhat disturbed to find that Alton Brown made a diet episode, but he has redeemed himself by providing a limoncello recipe (starts at 7 minutes in).

I'm going to go buy a micrograter.

Chugging limoncello frightens me :) It is definitely a sipping kinda drink.

Any recommendations on which vodka to use? I bought Stoli in the hopes that it wouldn't give me horrific heartburn like Smirnoffs is wont to do.
