Applied to join the feminist group, haven't heard anything, just re-applied now. Picked your name from the list of admins 'cause, I mean... drunken atheist. Come on.
I don't think I've ever actually applied to join a community before, so I'm not sure what the protocol here is. Am I supposed to introduce myself or something?
So - how long does an application usually take to get approved or denied, and if mine was denied the first time around, will I be notified that it was denied, and if it was can I find out why and all that?
I'm expecting you to not bothering me on my PERSONAL journal about COMMUNITY crap. Most - if not all - of the feminist mods have this stipulation because we were more than nice enough to put all the information ON THE FEMINIST COMMUNITY'S USERINFO.
The same place where you clicked "JOIN HERE."
Conveniently, it's also where the REST OF THE RULES ARE LAID OUT. Again, if you can't be bothered to read the TWO LINES on my profile under my bio - "Bringing community related nonsense here will result in severe mockery from me and/or my friends list. Go to the community in question and follow the directions there." - I'm not so sure that I want to rush off to approve you. It doesn't instill a fuckton of hope in me.
Now you've earned a special place on my banned list. For the third time, PLEASE GO TO THE COMMUNITY IN QUESTION AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS THERE. I and the rest of the moderators are not obligated to be nice to you when you come to our personal journals to bother us.
I was recently declined from membership for the feminist community, of which you are a mod, and I was just wondering if you could tell me your objections.
hey, puckish commented and suggested I friend you, and we have a few friends in common, and you seem cool, and I've thought about friending you before, sooooooooooo... wanna be lj friends?
