It sounds odd when I write it, but during the course of randomised icon browsing I stumbled across you and after thinking "hmm, pretty, I approve of this selection," I thought there was a good chance such an icon collector might indeed be awesome. So there we are. Think of me as a random person in the pub, sagging next to you at the bar and going "nice shoes" before stumbling back into their own odd little world.

Thank you! I appreciate it. :-) I generally cruise LiveJournal for fiction...I'm pretty much all slash, all the time. M/M and F/F. I'm a lesbian myself, and for the most part, hetero pairings in fiction bore me....and the outright sex scenes in M/M slash are usually hottest. F/F can be great too - as long as authors remember that women love down and dirty sex, too.

Just read Boiling Point - OMG, PERFECT! YES!!!!! What Ianto was thinking, I pretty much scream at the tv or computer screen whenever I watch the series. (Trying to control myself now as I'm introducing my roommate to the series, lol - pretty much bite my hand to keep quiet and just flail - literally - instead!)

I'm pretty much a what you see is what you get person - my honesty gets me in trouble at times. There are always more depths to me beyond the surface, but what's on the surface is true, real.....very much so. Sometimes painfully so. :-)

Yeah, I know what you mean about femmeslash - I've seen any number of lovey-dovey fics (I'm guilty of that myself, in fact), but where's the thrown-up-against-a-wall, down and dirty stuff?
