Summary: No matter how many times I listen to this album, "Crazy World" still comes out at number one. I love the beat, the lyrics, the style of the music in this song; Anna Tsuchiya does suuuuch a good job with it. ♥ (Though I know I'm being biased since I love almost all of her stuff, anyway. :x)
Overall, though, a lot of the album feels kinda... retro-y? Not a bad thing at all 'cause I think that it shows that Anna Tsuchiya can do a lot of genres and do them well. "Cockroach" is more grunge-y and "Virgin Cat" feels like a blast from the past. XD Think of the types of singers during the 40's and 50's and you'll have a general feel for the music. (I know that I'm crazy, but the opening scene to The Temple of Doom from the Indiana Jones movies keeps playing in my mind during this song. *facepalms*) Another one of the songs that I really, really like is "u"--though the title drives me crazy and I want to fiiiiiiiix it. ;~; *English major* The song, however, has a darker feel to it and is just really awesome. *O* "Style" has attitude; it has a very kick-butt feel to it~ ♥ "masquerade" feels like eurodance meets Anna Tsuchiya rock. :D "Serenade" is.... pretty much self-explanatory. (Love the husky tones of her voice when she does ballads.) "BLOOD ON BLOOD" is deliciously harder rock; the guitaaaaaaaar, omg. ♥♥♥
End Thoughts: Anna Tsuchiya kicks butt. The end.
