It was a presidential regiment anniversary celebration.
The soldiers of the regiment had a fight with the Caucasians, then police squads arrested some Caucasian guys.
On the last shot everyone celebrates the victory :)

Why do they fight?

There are very many Caucasian young people in Moscow now.
Mostly form Chechnya and Dagestan.
They're are aggressive, impudent and love to show off. Many of them are criminals.
They gather in packs and feel safe and scot-free.
Nobody likes that, but few resist.
