So it turned out elves weren't going to sneak out and code my story for me in the night, so I had to do it myself. But it's done!

I miss all of them. Ghost!Chris is whispering suggestively in my ear..I think I want to do a clone story now. It's your fault.
As in Chris has lost Toby, and clones him. The first attempt fails, but he keeps trying..umm.

He does. And he has Holly's needs to consider too..she misses her dad..and the Beecher family has the resources to make new Tobys.
And really it's all about whether clones have souls, and what makes us human. Plus Chris gets to have sex with multiple Tobys.

You know, I may have posted this before but it wouldn't break any of our hearts if you were to visit this wonderful universe you created from time to time... like maybe Christmas-time? We have to know if Harry comes to visit!

Ha, Thanks sue. I'd rank more of this as pretty unlikely, but I won't say never. I certainly have scenarios in my head that I like to daydream on when I'm feeling too lazy to write, but nothing I'm likely to put to screen.

As for Christmas, I don't have any specific ideas, but I'm quite sure Harry will come, and he'll be thoroughly disappointed by all the parts without Elliot's kids, 'cos they're cool.

Wow, so I saw you posting this fic, but I couldn't read until I could devour it all at once (I'm weird like that). I absolutely enjoyed every single moment of it. Your character development, the struggles, the reality of them is what makes this fic awesome. Their journey was so lovely to read. Congrats on finishing such a wonderful fic!

I get it. Each consumption method had its pleasures. I like throwing myself into a big fic and snarfling it down in one go.

I'm so happy you liked it! I love the nitty gritty reality stuff, folding the boring RL details into the relationship. I would totally enjoy a story that was just Toby and Elliot bickering about the laundry and doing the grocery shopping.
