[He begins looking around the room, touching random objects and papers when they catch his attention, but not picking them up.]

- WOW! It's huge! [and so much less practical looking than the model they use back home, but Ray knows that isn't Egon's fault. much like Ray is being forced to do right now, Egon likely used whatever he could get his hands on. upon this realization, Ray's expression falls and he sobers up.]

Where'd you find the circuit board?

I found it in an RCA television. Didn't think they were putting circuit boards in TV sets yet, but I lucked out.

[He leans forward and switches it on. It immediately emits those familiar whirs and clicks, though with a slightly more hollow tone.]

Peter, I'm curious. The drones would be an interesting project for you. I can't seem to get any sort of reading of any kind out of them... but then, I didn't think I would. There's something going on psychologically.

[Ray looks up from the desk, nodding.] Great idea. She trusts you; it'll be easy to get her to consent to testing.

[he stands up and grabs a can of beer from the table, walking over to join Egon on the couch. looking over at him before popping the tab from the can, he says:]

I think after I get the Ecto-goggles made I'll work on an aura video-analyzer. It'll make studying the drones much easier and give us a better idea of how the droning process effects the brain. I was thinking that we could start construction by using a television set for a foundation. What do you think?
