Shizaya (?) - asthmatic!Izaya, mouth-to-mouth resuscitation
Izaya is always great at suppressing negative emotions. But they make sure to come back and have a stranglehold on him nevertheless affecting his personal fitness. Because psychological stress is a decent trigger (and so is cold weather by the way).
Anon is wholeheartedly into Shizaya but will be fine with any pairing.
